Silk and Beaded Lamps and Lanterns
Silk
Lamps have been crafted and used in Vietnam and most of Asia
for centuries. There is a healthy population of new young
designers emerging in Hanoi today with a plethora of new colors,
designs amd ambiance available.
These
are but a small sample of lamps available today, many shapes
and sizes and colors are available. Large orders ship directly
out of Vietnam; however we have a nice variety in ourr warehouse
in the US.

Hanging Silk Lanterns
Lantern #101:(above)
This is the traditional lantern that was hung
with candle light long before electricity was available. We
sell this lantern without electrical components. It is made
of bamboo reeds and silk (see construction below). It does
best out of the weather and direct sunlight. There are a variety
of shapes and sizes available

Silk Table Lamp (#s102 and 103)
This silk table lamp has double layers
of silk for a nice ambiance. It has a hardwood base and a plastic
coated wire frame. It comes in many colors and can be used with
candle or electrified. |
